- The delivery address (when door-step delivery is selected)

3. Who we share it with
Your information is only disclosed to the third-party service providers we rely on to operate the website and respond to your enquiry:
- Resend (resend.com) - delivers the quote notification email to our sales team and a confirmation copy to you.
- Vercel (vercel.com) - hosts the website and temporarily processes request data to serve pages.
- Cloudinary (cloudinary.com) - delivers the product imagery.
- Google (Google Analytics) - provides aggregated visitor analytics.
Some of these providers may store data outside Australia (including in the United States and the European Union). By submitting the form you consent to your information being transferred to and stored on those providers' infrastructure.
4. How long we keep it
Quote enquiries and the resulting correspondence are retained for as long as needed to service your request and to satisfy our record-keeping obligations under Australian tax and consumer law (typically up to seven years). Aggregated analytics data is retained for the period configured in Google Analytics.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses a small number of essential cookies and browser-storage entries (for example, remembering the items in your quote list). We also use Google Analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not work as expected if cookies are disabled.
6. Security
The website is served over HTTPS, and personal information is transmitted to our processors using encrypted connections. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure, but no online service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
